  • Oversee the seamless convergence of retail and café operations, ensuring high standards and profitability across all revenue streams
  • Lead the delivery of a unique and exceptional customer experience that sets the global benchmark for retail excellence
  • Oversee the execution of the weekly ride schedule and major community activations (e.g., FAR, W100), ensuring they strengthen the local cycling bond. Maximise key local events, and build seasonal programming that drives year-round engagement through relevant challenges and activities
  • Maintain meticulous visual merchandising and physical standards, ensuring every detail of the Clubhouse reflects Rapha's premium brand identity
  • Work with the Head of Retail, APAC as the vital link between the Clubhouse and the Service Course (HQ), providing market insights and collaborating to bring global initiatives to life locally
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of passionate cyclists and service professionals
  • Foster an inspirational work environment aligned with Rapha values, ensuring a strong succession plan for future leaders

Requirements

  • You thrive in autonomous, low-structure environments and have a proven track record of Thinking for Yourself, making independent decisions that drive results
  • You know how to Suffer. You don't shy away from the difficult uphill climb- you lean into hard conversations with your team or stakeholders, prioritizing honesty and the long-term health of the business over short-term comfort
  • You Inspire Others by leading from the front, spending significant time on the sales floor to coach the team 'shoulder-to-shoulder' on technical and behavioral excellence
  • You have P&L management experience with the ability to analyze retail KPIs and execute localized growth strategies to drive revenue
