As a Clubhouse Manager at Rapha, you run Rapha’s retail spaces, which are also homes to our community and Rapha Cycling Club (RCC) members across our global clubhouse network. • Oversee the seamless convergence of retail and café operations, ensuring high standards and profitability across all revenue streams.
  • Lead the delivery of a unique and exceptional customer experience that sets the global benchmark for retail excellence.
  • Oversee the execution of the weekly ride schedule and major community activations (e.g., FAR, W100), ensuring they strengthen the local cycling bond. Maximise key local events, and build seasonal programming that drives year-round engagement through relevant challenges and activities.

  • You have P&L management experience with the ability to analyze retail KPIs and execute localized growth strategies to drive revenue.
