Job Responsibility

  • Support the smooth daily operation of the Private Members Club
  • Deliver personalised, intuitive service to members and their guests
  • Build strong, lasting relationships and anticipate member preferences
  • Lead by example, supporting and motivating the team to maintain high standards
  • Ensure food and beverage service is executed to the highest level
  • Handle member requests, special occasions, and service recovery with discretion and professionalism
  • Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and organisation
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing requirements
  • Support administrative tasks and operate POS systems accurately

Requirements

  • Previous supervisory experience within luxury hospitality or a high-end restaurant or members' club
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A calm, confident, and professional presence
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving
  • Ability to lead by example and support team performance
  • Experience using POS systems such as Micros is advantageous
  • A genuine passion for personalised, luxury service
  • Right to Work in the UK
