Job Description:

Your role will be to ensure that the Gold Standards of The Ritz-Carlton are delivered graciously and thoughtfully every day. The role involves assisting members and guests with various processes such as check-in, pre-arrival arrangements, and departure, as well as responding to requests for information or services. Responsible for performing Front Office tasks, handling administrative duties, and ensuring a sense of luxury service across all interactions.

Job Responsibility:

Assist members and guests with pre-arrival, check-in, and check-out processes
arrange member activities and experiences
respond to visitor and guest requests for information, activities, or arrangements
handle front office duties, including preparing arrival packets and departure folios
process billing and perform administrative duties
respond to special requests from members/guests and follow up to promote satisfaction
gather and summarize information about the property and surrounding area amenities
assist with bell/valet services for owners requesting vehicles
review shift logs and document pertinent information

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
at least 1 year of related work experience
no supervisory experience
knowledge of front desk, concierge, and customer service processes
ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period
ability to lift objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance
