Job Description:

As Club Manager at TrainMore, you’re the heartbeat of the club. You lead with energy, inspire your team to perform at their best, and take ownership of your club’s results. You’re responsible for creating a high-performance culture where service, sales and team development come together. You don’t just talk the talk — you walk it. You know what great hospitality looks like, and you thrive in a fast-paced, commercial environment. You’re sales-driven, member-focused, and you love seeing your club grow. Ready to lead your own club? Apply — we’d love to meet you.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the daily operations of the club – from member experience to safety, staffing and cleanliness
  • Take ownership of your club’s commercial performance, including budget and KPI management
  • Drive local sales and marketing efforts to grow the member base
  • Recruit, train, and develop a strong and motivated team — from personal trainers to front desk staff and cleaners
  • Create a positive and professional team environment that drives engagement and performance
  • Be the go-to person for both members and your team — you set the tone and lead by example
  • Act as the local face of TrainMore and ensure brand standards are met at all times
  • Collaborate with HQ and regional stakeholders to align on goals, strategy and performance
  • Demonstrate proactive thinking and coach your team to do the same
  • Understand how to control costs without compromising on quality — and can give examples of how you’d do this in a club environment
  • Celebrate achievements and know what it takes to consistently meet and exceed targets and KPIs such as member growth, retention and NPS

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales with a strong track record of hitting and exceeding KPIs
  • A background in hospitality or other customer-facing environments with a service-first mindset
  • Excellent communication skills — confident when engaging with both teams and stakeholders
  • A hands-on, proactive attitude and a natural leadership style
  • A track record of building strong, high-performing teams
  • Results-driven, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
  • A personal passion for fitness, health or sport — and you lead by example
  • Stakeholder management experience
  • Experience in the fitness or leisure industry is a plus, but not essential
