As Club Manager, you’re the driving force behind it all. You own the vibe, the numbers, the people, and the results. This role is unique: you’ll be leading a great studio concept, brand-new in Amsterdam. Great energy, obsession with quality, community, and performance. You’ll oversee this studio concept with different classes, instructor profiles, and member expectations, all delivered to the same uncompromising standard. You lead from the front: on the floor, behind the desk, and in the details. You build a team of hosts that deliver sharp, seamless service. You create a space where members feel seen, pushed, and part of something bigger. You’ll report into a Regional Manager and play a key role in executing both operational excellence and commercial performance at club level. This is your studio. Run it like it matters.
Job Responsibility
Own the day-to-day running of the studio concept: operations, service flow, standards, and atmosphere in a high-volume, high-energy environment
Uphold brand standards across programming, presentation, studio operations, and instructor delivery, no compromises
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing host team that adapts effortlessly across both brands
Build strong, meaningful relationships with instructors, ensuring they feel supported, engaged, and consistently set up for success
Train and support the club team to confidently promote and engage members with the studio product
Take accountability for commercial performance: memberships, revenue, retention, and KPIs across the studio
Drive local growth through community building, partnerships, and smart, on-the-ground activation
Create a best-in-class member experience that feels effortless, consistent, and addictive
Recruit talent, onboard with impact, and continuously level up your team
Keep the studio sharp, clean, polished, on brand, no compromises
Collaborate with HQ and your Regional Manager on strategy, campaigns, and performance tracking. Execution is everything

Requirements
You've led teams in boutique fitness, hospitality, or a premium, high-energy customer environment
You bring experience managing class-based products, instructors, or studio-style operations
You're people-first but commercially switched on: you know great service drives sales
You're hands-on. No ivory towers. You're in it, every day
You communicate with confidence, clarity, and presence
You thrive on targets, performance, and growth: you track it, own it, and push it
You're comfortable operating with a boutique concept and adapting your leadership style
You're organised, decisive, and cool under pressure in a fast-paced environment
