Job Description:

The Club Lounge Attendant role involves assisting guests, maintaining work areas, performing food and beverage service duties, and ensuring compliance with safety and company policies. This position requires physical activity and excellent customer service skills.

Job Responsibility:

Complete opening and closing duties such as setting up supplies and tools
Input orders and collect payments from customers
Ensure appliances are functional as needed
Clean work areas and equipment
Follow all safety and security policies
Assist guests and anticipate their needs
Develop and maintain positive relationships with team members
Inspect tools and equipment
Perform physical activities such as lifting, carrying, and bending

Requirements:

Complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning equipment and areas, locking doors, etc.
Set up, stock, and maintain work areas
Input orders into cash register system and collect payment from customers
Ensure appliances (e.g., coffee makers) are turned on/off at appropriate times
Clean dishes, utensils, work areas, tables, and equipment throughout the day
Obtain change required for expected business levels
Count bank at end of shift and resolve discrepancies
Follow company and safety policies
Maintain clean and professional appearance
Welcome and acknowledge guests
Assist individuals with disabilities
Develop positive working relationships
Inspect tools, equipment, or machines to identify defects
Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Lift and carry objects under 25 pounds
Move through narrow or confined spaces
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
