Job Description:

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Clubhouse Attendant to ensure the smooth daily operation of our premium leisure facilities.

Job Responsibility:

Opening and closing the clubhouse
Maintaining cleanliness and presentation across all areas (gym, pool, padel pavilion, coworking spaces, and changing rooms)
Setting up hydration stations and fitness studios
Supporting guest experience through friendly meet-and-greet and tours
Restocking towels and amenities
Logging maintenance issues
Assisting with laundry coordination
Helping create a welcoming, well-presented environment for members and guests throughout the day

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation across all Clubhouse areas
Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management and being front of house building relationships with our members and guests to support a positive experience in this shared space
Excellent interpersonal, time management and organisational skills
Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently to ensure smooth day-to-day running of the facilities
Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experience with keen attention to detail
