Job Description:

The Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is looking for a Club Concierge Agent who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our Club Concierge Agents have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction.

Job Responsibility:

  • Welcome Members and residential guests to Hualalai
  • Showcase what Hualalai has to offer
  • Anticipate and adapt to the needs and inquiries of Members and residential guests
  • Handle all interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism
  • Accommodate special requests whenever possible
  • Resolve Member and residential guest complaints
  • Assist Members in all inquiries in connection with resort services, hours of operations, key residence/resort personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.
  • Respond to all requests in an accurate and timely manner making recommendations based on local knowledge and residential practices
  • Register and provide services as requested for Members, residential house guests and rental guests, including setting up temporary accounts, issuing guest cards and providing orientation to the property
  • Help process packages, faxes, messages, and mail
  • Store and retrieve resident and residential guest’s packages, dry cleaning, and flowers
  • Ensure that collateral and information for vendors, restaurants, museums, attractions, maps, and other local attractions are updated and current
  • Be knowledgeable about what activities are available in the local vicinity
  • Establish close relationships with vendors
  • Utilize a variety of software programs to accurately input registration and special arrangements
  • Be knowledgeable about relevant Member forms, residential guest forms and Daily Resort Guest Fees
  • Work closely with the resort to ensure smooth handling of Members and residential guests’ deliveries, reservations and special requests
  • Help ensure that the Club Concierge, and other common areas are in optimal condition of cleanliness and tidiness at all times
  • Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by the Club Management team
  • Comply with all Four Seasons’ guidelines, policies, and procedures

Requirements:

  • Legal work authorization in United States
  • Previous customer service experience preferred, especially in a luxury environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language
  • Good computer skills with an ability to type at least 40 WPM
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of the local area preferred
  • Weekend & Holiday availability required
