Club 501 Membership Sales Supervisor position at JW Marriott Dongdaemun Square Seoul. Responsibilities include fitness assessment, personalized exercise program development, fitness counseling, recreation activity scheduling, and employee supervision. Job Responsibility:

  • Assess individual's current exercise program and level of fitness to develop personalized exercise programs
  • Provide fitness counseling
  • Provide advice on correct method of exercising with fitness equipment
  • Register and schedule guests for recreation activities
  • Maintain recreation area supplies
  • Promote fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests
  • Promote rules and regulations of recreation facility
  • Assist in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining employees
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions
