Job Description:

Club 501 Membership Sales Supervisor position at JW Marriott Dongdaemun Square Seoul. Responsibilities include fitness assessment, personalized exercise program development, fitness counseling, recreation activity scheduling, and employee supervision. Part of Marriott International's luxury portfolio.

Job Responsibility:

Assess individual's current exercise program and level of fitness to develop personalized exercise programs
Provide fitness counseling
Provide advice on correct method of exercising with fitness equipment
Register and schedule guests for recreation activities
Maintain recreation area supplies
Promote fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests
Promote rules and regulations of recreation facility
Assist in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining employees
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions
Process payments for rental equipment, recreation activities, facility rentals, or retail sales

Requirements:

CPR Certification
First Aid Certification
Fitness Equipment certification
Any certification or training required by local and state agencies
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
Less than 1-year of related work experience
