Job Responsibility

  • Design and deploy cloud workspaces using Microsoft technologies like Azure AD, Office 365, and SharePoint
  • Secure and manage endpoints with Microsoft Intune, Defender, and Purview
  • Identity & Access Management (IAM) and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO) and MFA
  • Drive IT projects that make our systems scalable, compliant, and future-ready
  • Automate repetitive tasks using scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
  • Maintain and improve IT documentation
  • Support cross-functional initiatives
  • Monitor and optimize cloud performance, conduct audits, and implement best practices for data protection and disaster recovery

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Azure and Microsoft 365 tools and services
  • Experience in Windows endpoint management
  • Expertise in IAM and SSO federation protocols
  • Familiarity with IT Service Management and Asset Management
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience
