At Haypp Group, we’re evolving our IT environment to be smarter, faster, and more secure across multiple cloud platforms. We’re looking for a Cloud Engineer with strong IAM knowledge to help us build, manage, and improve secure cloud solutions across Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform. This role is ideal for someone who combines solid cloud engineering experience with a strong understanding of Identity and Access Management, federation, and cloud security. You will play a key role in strengthening our multicloud environment, improving secure access across platforms, and helping us build scalable and future-ready ways of working.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design, build, and maintain secure cloud solutions across Azure, AWS, and GCP
  • strengthen IAM and identity provider strategy, especially around integrating Entra ID with AWS and GCP for SSO, MFA, and unified access
  • implement and improve identity federation, access governance, and role-based / least-privilege access models across cloud platforms
  • manage and improve access for users, groups, applications, and workloads across internal and third-party services
  • drive cloud and IT projects that improve scalability, compliance, resilience, and security
  • automate repetitive tasks and cloud workflows using tools such as PowerShell, Python, Bash, Terraform, or similar
  • partner with internal stakeholders to integrate new SaaS applications and cloud services with secure authentication and access controls
  • maintain and improve documentation, operational routines, troubleshooting guides, and disaster recovery playbooks
  • monitor cloud environments, support audits, and help implement best practices for security, compliance, and operational excellence

Requirements:

  • Strong hands-on cloud engineering experience
  • clear understanding of IAM in modern cloud environments
  • experience with Azure, AWS, and/or Google Cloud Platform
  • experience with IAM, SSO, MFA, and federation across cloud platforms
  • experience with Entra ID / Azure AD, AWS IAM, and ideally Google Cloud IAM
  • knowledge of identity and authentication protocols such as SAML, OAuth2, and OpenID Connect
  • experience integrating cloud platforms and SaaS applications with central identity providers
  • experience with scripting and automation for provisioning, reporting, and operational improvements
  • experience working with cloud security principles such as least privilege, conditional access, and Zero Trust
  • ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code tools
  • workload identity and service-to-service authentication
  • IT service management and asset management in multicloud environments
  • compliance or security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, NIS2, or DORA
  • Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, SharePoint, or similar workplace platforms
