Job Description:

As an Associate Cloud Technical Architect at NTT DATA, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing cloud solutions that meet client needs. With 3-10 years of presales experience, you will collaborate with stakeholders, support sales teams, and ensure the effective deployment of cloud systems. Job Responsibility:

  • Assist in the design and implementation of cloud-based solutions that meet the business and technical needs of our clients
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translating these into scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions
  • Provide valuable support to our sales teams with your growing knowledge of cloud technologies and architectures, ensuring the effective design, deployment, and operation of cloud systems
  • Design and architect less complex cloud-based systems, ensuring high availability, scalability, performance, and reliability
  • Assess existing systems and developing migration strategies to transition on-premises applications and infrastructure to the cloud
  • Design integration solutions to enable seamless DATA flow between cloud and on-premises environments, define and implement security best practices, and support the development and maintenance of cloud governance frameworks, policies, and procedures
  • Participate in pre-sales activities, provide technical support, evaluate client requirements, and develop technical design documents
  • Manage client proof-of-concept initiatives, supporting development teams to ensure adherence to cloud architecture standards and best practices, and collaborating with internal stakeholders on various aspects of solution design and implementation
  • Influence and guide members of the sales team, develop and manage proof-of-concept initiatives, and ensure a seamless transition of proposed solutions to the delivery team
  • Be a trusted technical advisor to clients, ensuring that the solutions you help design align with their objectives and needs

Requirements:

  • Must have 3-10 years of presales experience
  • Knowledge of AI, cloud architecture patterns, including microservices, serverless computing, containers, and hybrid cloud deployments
  • Proficiency in cloud infrastructure technologies, such as virtual machines, storage solutions, networking, and load balancing
  • Understanding of cloud security principles, including identity and access management and compliance frameworks
  • Familiarity with IaC tools and frameworks such as Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, Azure resource Manager, or Google Cloud deployment Manager
  • Knowledge of major cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP, including their services around compute, storage, DATAbases, networking, and security
  • Basic understanding of vendor products and technology positioning
  • Good client engagement skills coupled with technical consulting aptitude
  • Effective collaboration and communication skills with team members
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, information technology, or a related field
