Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Cloud Systems Analyst to join our team in Wall, New Jersey. In this contract position with the potential for permanent employment, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing Oracle Cloud Fusion applications while supporting financial systems and ensuring seamless functionality. This role requires strong collaboration and documentation skills, as well as a proactive approach to system improvements.

Job Responsibility

  • Administer Oracle Cloud Fusion applications, ensuring their functionality aligns with business requirements and operates efficiently
  • Manage user roles, system access rights, and delegation profiles in partnership with corporate and regional finance teams
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations and processes to build consensus and serve as future references
  • Provide Tier-2 and Tier-3 support for Oracle-related issues, including troubleshooting access, functionality, and data integrity concerns
  • Analyze system data, develop reports, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Maintain and monitor scheduled reports, workflows, dashboards, and module-specific configurations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve interface errors, functional issues, and scheduling conflicts
  • Perform system configurations, enhancements, upgrades, and oversee quarterly Oracle Cloud update activities
  • Lead user acceptance testing by defining test plans, developing scripts, and guiding stakeholders through new features and patches
  • Conduct periodic audits of user security and system access to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Certifications or advanced knowledge in Oracle Cloud Fusion applications, including Oracle Fusion Financials and HCM, is highly preferred
  • At least 3 years of combined experience in accounting, finance, and financial systems administration, particularly with Oracle Cloud Fusion applications
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis and implement effective solutions
  • Proven ability to conceptualize and communicate complex technical solutions to diverse audiences
  • Excellent documentation skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Visio, and Smart Sheet
  • Demonstrated experience in project management for IT-related initiatives is a plus
  • Familiarity with tools such as Active Directory, Microsoft SQL Server, and system analysis techniques
