In this contract position with the potential for permanent employment, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing Oracle Cloud Fusion applications while supporting financial systems and ensuring seamless functionality. This role requires strong collaboration and documentation skills, as well as a proactive approach to system improvements.
Job Responsibility:
Administer Oracle Cloud Fusion applications, ensuring their functionality aligns with business requirements and operates efficiently
Manage user roles, system access rights, and delegation profiles in partnership with corporate and regional finance teams
Create and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations and processes to build consensus and serve as future references
Provide Tier-2 and Tier-3 support for Oracle-related issues, including troubleshooting access, functionality, and data integrity concerns
Analyze system data, develop reports, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Maintain and monitor scheduled reports, workflows, dashboards, and module-specific configurations
Troubleshoot and resolve interface errors, functional issues, and scheduling conflicts
Perform system configurations, enhancements, upgrades, and oversee quarterly Oracle Cloud update activities
Lead user acceptance testing by defining test plans, developing scripts, and guiding stakeholders through new features and patches
Conduct periodic audits of user security and system access to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or equivalent relevant experience
Certifications or advanced knowledge in Oracle Cloud Fusion applications, including Oracle Fusion Financials and HCM, is highly preferred
At least 3 years of combined experience in accounting, finance, and financial systems administration, particularly with Oracle Cloud Fusion applications
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis and implement effective solutions
Proven ability to conceptualize and communicate complex technical solutions to diverse audiences
Excellent documentation skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Visio, and Smart Sheet
Demonstrated experience in project management for IT-related initiatives is a plus
Familiarity with tools such as Active Directory, Microsoft SQL Server, and system analysis techniques
