Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Cloud Systems Analyst to manage and optimize a complex SAP S/4HANA Cloud and SAP Analytics Cloud ecosystem in Irvine, California. This role demands technical expertise, a proactive approach, and the ability to independently resolve system issues within a dynamic production environment. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring system stability while supporting the Finance and Accounting operations.

Job Responsibility

  • Administer and maintain the SAP S/4HANA production environment, focusing on Finance modules such as GL, AP, AR, and Fixed Assets
  • Manage user roles, permissions, and troubleshoot system issues to ensure seamless performance
  • Oversee SAP Analytics Cloud operations, including user provisioning, permissions, and development of reports and dashboards
  • Monitor and support third-party integrations like AP automation, card management, and banking/payment platforms, ensuring data flow efficiency
  • Collaborate with Finance and Accounting teams to understand workflows and address system-related challenges
  • Provide hands-on training and responsive support to end-users to enhance their experience with the system
  • Maintain detailed documentation of system processes, integrations, and architecture for reference and compliance purposes
  • Identify opportunities for automation and system improvements to optimize performance
  • Stay up-to-date on SAP technologies and recommend strategies for system enhancement and optimization
  • Resolve complex technical issues independently to minimize reliance on external vendors

Requirements

  • Certification in relevant SAP areas such as FI/CO, SAP Analytics Cloud, or Integration Suite
  • A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing SAP S/4HANA systems in production environments
  • Strong functional knowledge of SAP FI/CO modules, including GL, AP, AR, and Fixed Assets
  • Proficiency in administering SAP Analytics Cloud, including creating reports, dashboards, and data models
  • Proven ability to manage and troubleshoot third-party integrations such as banking/payment platforms and AP automation tools
  • Exceptional communication skills with a focus on providing service-oriented support
