We are seeking for a new Cloud & System Administrator to join our IT Infrastructure team. The ideal candidate, under the guidance and direction of the IT Manager, will contribute to the management, monitoring, and optimisation of our hybrid IT environment, supporting high availability, performance, and security across cloud and on-premises systems. This role requires technical expertise, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering reliable services to the organization.
Job Responsibility:
Maintain cloud resources (Azure, AWS, or equivalent)
Support the implementation and monitoring of cloud security, identity, backup, and disaster recovery policies
Assist in administering Windows and/or Linux servers, both on-premises and in the cloud
Assist in managing Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and related core services
Monitor system performance and handle patching, updates, and troubleshooting
Maintain virtualization environments
Adopt and enforce security best practices across systems and cloud environments
Support network operations: VLANs, firewalls, VPNs, routing, and switching
Contribute to developing and maintaining scripts (PowerShell, Bash, Python) for automation
Assist in configuring and managing monitoring tools (Azure Monitor, Grafana, Zabbix, etc.)
Assist in managing and maintaining corporate endpoints (laptops, smartphones, tablets) including MDM solutions, OS imaging, and device lifecycle
Provide 1st/2nd level support on infrastructure-related incidents
Support endpoint deployment, configuration, and onboarding procedures (laptops, smartphones, tablets)
Bring full effort to bear on tasks assigned by manager
Ability to work under pressure to tight timelines
Effective time management skills and ability to multi-task

Requirements:
Good knowledge of Windows Server and/or Linux environments
Basic familiarity with endpoint management concepts (device deployment, mobile device management)
Knowledge of Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform
Proven experience of at least 1 year as a System Administrator, Cloud Administrator, or similar role
Scripting and automation proficiency (e.g. PowerShell, Bash, Python)
Familiarity with monitoring tools and ITIL incident/change management processes
Good understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, firewalls, load balancers)
Experience with virtualization and containerization (VMware, Hyper-V, Docker, Kubernetes, Proxmox)
Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
Team player with good communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Proactive attitude and continuous learning mindset
