Cloud System Administrator

• Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 tools, including Intune, Autopilot, Entra, Exchange Online, and Active Directory
• Develop and execute scripts using PowerShell, Bash, or Python to automate routine processes
• Oversee backup solutions and patch management tools such as Veeam, ensuring system reliability
• Administer hybrid cloud environments while monitoring network performance and addressing operational support needs
• Implement and enforce security and compliance measures to safeguard organizational resources
• Collaborate on infrastructure planning and maintain detailed documentation for long-term system improvements
• Utilize endpoint protection software to secure devices across the network
• Provide technical support within healthcare, education, or nonprofit IT settings
• Leverage tools like Jira Service Desk for issue tracking and uptime monitoring
• Continuously assess and optimize cloud-based systems to meet organizational goals

• Extensive experience with Microsoft 365 tools and Windows Server administration
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python
• Knowledge of backup technologies and patch management systems
• Familiarity with endpoint protection software and network monitoring tools
• Strong understanding of security and compliance standards
• Ability to manage hybrid cloud environments effectively
• Certifications such as Microsoft 365 Enterprise Admin, CompTIA Server+, or equivalent are preferred
• Experience in healthcare, education, or nonprofit IT environments is a plus
