Job Description:

We are looking for a Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) to help design & build AI and Agentic solutions that enhance applications, streamline business processes & deliver real value for customers. You will deliver repeatable AI and Agentic solutions. In this role, you’ll work with others on technical engagements across design, build, and operations, removing blockers and accelerating adoption of Microsoft AI solutions built on Copilot, Copilot Studio, Foundry, Fabric, Azure AI, App Services, GitHub and data platforms. You will deliver engagements leveraging existing Repeatable IP and execution engines with accountability for delivery excellence, consumption growth, and successful deployment for the customer. You’ll be certified in priority workloads like Azure AI and Data Platform services, cloud native app services, GitHub and related developer tools, and collaborate with customer developers, and engineers to turn innovation into real-world outcomes. You will be a fast learner, strong problem solver, naturally curious and have great active listening and communication skills. This opportunity will allow you to rapidly accelerate your technical skills, build consultative and communication capabilities, and gain hands on experience developing AI driven and agentic systems within customer environments - all while learning how to deliver with excellence and consistency.

Job Responsibility:

  • Engage with customer developers & engineers to understand their application, data, and AI priorities, and build secure AI & Agentic solutions that drive business value and customer satisfaction
  • Work on technical engagements across architecture design, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) to accelerate adoption of Copilot, Copilot Studio, Foundry, Fabric, Azure AI, App Services, GitHub, and data platforms
  • Leverage AI to automate and deliver repeatable processes that help customers achieve faster outcomes and deliver repeatable IP aligned with AI and Agentic Solutions
  • Engage in relevant communities to share expertise, contribute to IP creation, prioritize IP re-use, and learn from others to help accelerate your customer’s AI transformation journey
  • Act as the Voice of the Customer by sharing insights and feedback with account teams to identify opportunities and remove adoption blockers
  • Maintain deep technical expertise and stay current with AI trends and technologies such as Copilot, Copilot Studio, Foundry, Fabric, Azure, AI, GitHub, Security solutions , while contributing to internal and external technical communities
  • Actively participate in onboarding, technical training, and ongoing skill development programs
  • Incorporate coaching feedback to improve technical accuracy, efficiency, and customer interaction quality
  • Demonstrate a growth mindset by continuously aligning your skills to current and future customer needs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field OR equivalent experience
  • Ability to speak, read, and write in fluent Portuguese
  • 1+ years experience in AI/cloud technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting (preferred)
  • Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications) (preferred)
  • Hands on experience in AI technologies (preferred)
