Strong and proven experience in software development, delivering production-quality solutions
Strong proficiency in one or more modern programming languages, with solid engineering fundamentals (data structures, APIs, testing, and maintainable code)
Demonstrated experience using AI-assisted development tools, such as GitHub Copilot and large language models, to support design, development, and productivity
Good knowledge of systems analysis and software design, including translating requirements into well-structured technical solutions
Hands-on experience developing applications in a cloud environment, with familiarity in cloud-native concepts (e.g. services, APIs, security, scalability)

Job Responsibility

Design, build, and modernise software solutions using agentic and AI-assisted development approaches, including patterns inspired by Copilot style engagements
Contribute to the modernisation of existing systems, leveraging AI tools and agent-based techniques to improve developer productivity, code quality, and long-term maintainability
Apply systems analysis and design principles to understand both legacy and modern application landscapes, identifying opportunities for simplification, modularisation, and cloud alignment
Develop and enhance cloud-native applications and services, using modern cloud architectures and engineering best practices
Use AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, large language models, and agentic workflows) as part of day-to-day engineering, while maintaining strong engineering judgement, accountability, and code ownership
Collaborate with architects, product managers, and engineers to translate functional and non-functional requirements into scalable, well-designed technical solutions
Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical decision-making to uphold engineering standards and best practices
