We are looking for a Cloud Solution Architect (CSA), specializing in AI solutions, who is passionate about driving our customers’ AI transformation journey with Copilot Chat, Agents, and M365 Copilot. This is a customer-facing role that serves as a strategic trusted advisor and technical subject matter expert, accelerating AI adoption and change management by creating business value and ROI.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field
  • 4+ years' experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
  • Good understanding of M365 Copilot & Copilot studio
  • Ability to build agents on copilot studio
  • Adoption change management experience & driving deployment usage of enterprise solution at scale
  • Arabic speaker is a plus
