The Collaboration Cloud Solution Architect acts as a trusted technical advisor, supporting customers in designing, extending, and adopting modern collaboration and employee experience solutions built on Microsoft 365. The role focuses on Microsoft Teams, Teams Apps, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Graph–based extensibility, delivering secure, scalable, end‑to‑end architectures aligned with Microsoft best practices. As part of the Global Delivery organization, the CSA delivers high‑quality engagements across regions, ensuring consistency, repeatability, and technical excellence. The role works closely with account teams, CSAMs, and partners to remove technical blockers, accelerate customer outcomes, and drive adoption of modern collaboration solutions. In addition, the CSA contributes to the creation and sharing of reusable technical IP, patterns, and best practices, while maintaining strong technical depth through continuous learning, skilling, and certifications.
Job Responsibility:
Act as a technical trusted advisor for customers, focusing on Microsoft Teams, Teams Apps, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Graph–based solutions
Design and deliver end‑to‑end collaboration architectures, including custom Teams applications and integrations
Guide customers on extending Microsoft 365 using Graph API, Power Platform, and Power Automate
Drive adoption of modern collaboration and employee experience solutions, aligned with Microsoft best practices
Deliver engagements through Global Delivery models, ensuring consistency, quality, and scalability
Collaborate with account teams, CSAMs, and partners to remove technical blockers and accelerate customer outcomes
Capture and share technical IP, patterns, and best practices to enable repeatable delivery
Maintain technical depth through continuous learning, skilling, and certifications
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience
Proven experience with Microsoft Teams (architecture, governance, security, and operations)
