We are looking for an experienced Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) to join the Global Delivery (GD) organization, with a strong specialization in Endpoint Management, specifically Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Microsoft Intune. As part of Global Delivery, you will deliver high‑quality, scalable, and repeatable technical engagements for enterprise customers worldwide, helping them modernize and secure their endpoint environments while accelerating adoption of Microsoft Cloud technologies. You will act as a technical expert and trusted advisor, working across customers, partners, and internal teams to drive successful outcomes at scale.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and deliver remote and hybrid customer engagements focused on SCCM / Configuration Manager, Microsoft Intune, Co‑management and cloud‑native endpoint strategies
Design and implement modern endpoint management architectures, aligned with Microsoft best practices
Drive endpoint modernization journeys, including Migration from SCCM to Intune, Co‑management enablement, Windows Autopilot and zero‑touch provisioning
Provide technical leadership during deployment, troubleshooting, optimization, and operational readiness phases
Develop and reuse standardized delivery assets, playbooks, and IP to enable repeatable delivery at scale
Collaborate closely with field CSAs, account teams, partners, and factory delivery teams
Act as a technical SME within the Global Delivery community, contributing to internal enablement and knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND proficient years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience
proficient years of experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external)
proficient experience of working on technical projects
Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications)
Solid experience in Endpoint Management in enterprise environments
Deep hands‑on expertise with Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM / ConfigMgr) and Microsoft Intune
Strong knowledge of Windows 10 / Windows 11 management, Co‑management scenarios, Device compliance, security baselines, and update management
Experience delivering customer‑facing technical engagements (remote or onsite)
Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Italian and English. Being fluent in both languages is mandatory.
