Job Responsibility:
Deliver solutions aligned with Microsoft standards, collaborating across teams to meet customer goals and manage risks with minimal guidance
Identify and resolve blockers to accelerate deployment and usage, applying business and technical knowledge to meet IT requirements
Spot opportunities for scalable consumption and usage, leveraging insights and trends to shape customer outcomes and support strategic initiatives
Implement solutions using proven methodologies, supporting long-term adoption and optimisation while contributing feedback to improve delivery content
Ensure seamless customer experiences through efficient delivery, understanding goals, and supporting strategies to improve satisfaction and transformation
Translate customer challenges into strategic solutions, build trust with decision-makers, and support cross-functional stakeholder engagement
Represent customer voice internally, share insights, and contribute to shaping product direction and strategic improvements
Identify market opportunities, support partner development, and guide initial implementations to align with business goals
Support partner and sales teams by resolving technical blockers and clarifying opportunities through pre-sales engagement
Use market signals to guide upskilling, mentor peers, and promote technical readiness across solution areas and corporate initiatives
Contribute to virtual teams and community engagements, sharing insights and helping build scalable models and intellectual property
Identify and communicate delivery gaps, driving improvements to products, processes, and frameworks for broader customer impact
Requirements:
Hands-on experience with AI technologies, ideally Copilot and M365 Copilot
Experience in cloud, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
Demonstrated experience in change management, both in customer-facing contexts and personal adaptability to evolving business needs
Experience analysing customer data and metrics, including pipeline hygiene and strategic alignment to business goals
Fluency in both English and Spanish and able to use both in a business environment
Ability to identify opportunities within customer accounts, including upsell, renewal, and strategic engagement based on analytic insight
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field OR equivalent experience
