CSA Global Delivery organization within Global Customer Success (GCS) & CE&S, is leading the effort to enable customer success on the Microsoft Cloud by harnessing leading, AI-powered capabilities and human expertise to deliver innovative solutions that accelerate business value, drive operational excellence and nurture long term loyalty. This team, consisting of both full-time employees (FTEs) and Partner Cloud Solution Architects (CSAs), is dedicated to enhancing customer experiences as they transition to hybrid and public cloud solutions. We are looking for a Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) to join the Global Delivery (GD) organization, with strong expertise in Microsoft Teams and Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID. In this role, you will deliver scalable, repeatable, and high‑quality technical engagements for enterprise customers worldwide, helping them modernize collaboration, voice, and identity platforms across hybrid and cloud environments. As part of Global Delivery, you will act as a trusted technical advisor, supporting customers in adopting secure, resilient, and well‑governed Modern Work and Identity architectures while enabling delivery at scale.
