Job Description

As a Cloud Solution Architect (CSA), you will lead the technical strategy to help customers adopt, govern, and scale M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform as part of their end-to-end AI and productivity transformation. You will work directly with business and technical stakeholders to define architectures, deliver best practices, and guide customers through deployment, administration, and adoption of Microsoft 365 and low-code AI capabilities. This role will allow you to deepen expertise in enterprise AI, platform governance, business value realization, and modern workplace strategy. This role is flexible in that you can work up to [X%] from home.

Job Responsibility

  • Be a trusted advisor for Generative AI and Modern Work: Translate customer challenges into high-value solutions using M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform. Drive ROI-focused scenarios that accelerate productivity, automation, and decision-making
  • Lead M365 Copilot and M365 platform deployment & administration: Guide customers through readiness, architecture, security, compliance, provisioning, and operational governance needed for successful adoption of M365 Copilot and Microsoft 365 workloads
  • Drive Customer Success across Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform: Lead design and implementation of integrated solutions, covering prompt engineering, copilots/agents lifecycle, Power Platform connectors, data access, and environment strategy
  • Scale AI and low-code solutions through Agentic AI and automation: Apply Copilot Studio and Power Platform capabilities (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse) to help customers build secure, scalable, governed AI agents and workflows
  • Champion adoption, change management, and business value realization: Engage with business leaders, IT, and security teams to enable widespread usage, demonstrate value, and secure long-term success and renewal
  • Evangelize best practices and reusable IP: Contribute to communities, internal assets, repeatable frameworks, and technical accelerators to drive consistent and scalable customer outcomes
  • Embrace a learn-it-all mindset: Maintain deep technical readiness in M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, M365 administration, and modern AI architecture aligned to Customer Success Unit (CSU) priorities and corporate initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 4+ years' experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
  • OR equivalent experience
  • 4+ years in customer-facing technical roles, ideally supporting enterprise deployment, architecture, or governance of Microsoft 365 or Power Platform
  • Hands-on experience with M365 administration and deployment, including identity, security, compliance, and workload governance
  • Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse) including environment strategy, ALM, automation, and solution design
  • Experience designing or deploying Generative AI solutions, especially with M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, copilots/agents, prompt orchestration, connectors, and data integration

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree AND 8+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure, consulting, systems administration, architecture, or technology solutions
  • OR Master’s degree AND 6+ years of relevant experience
  • OR equivalent experience
  • Technical certifications such as: Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert
