As a Cloud Solution Architect aligned to the Azure Analytics platform for Microsoft's Customer Experience & Success (CE&S) organization, you will enable customers to achieve their outcomes based on their investments in Microsoft technology. Leveraging your Microsoft Azure Fabric, Azure Databricks and Power BI technical subject matter expertise, you will lead technical conversations with customers and Microsoft colleagues, driving value to their organization. This is a hands-on role that includes accelerating customer adoption by building Analytics solutions and identifying resolutions to unblock customer success projects for the Analytics Factory. You will also drive product influence with Engineering through technical feedback via the Factory and increase technical intensity with the Field account teams. Job Responsibility:
Play a pivotal role in the Analytics Factory, providing technical enablement, operational support, and strategic engagement across customer projects
Understand customers' overall data estate, business priorities, and IT success measures
Facilitate scalable delivery through strong technical program management utilizing a factory model/approach
Attend in-flight project status meetings to monitor progress and identify support needs
Engage directly with complex or non-standard customer use cases
Participate in intake reviews for milestone sizing, objection handling, and technical scoping
Ensure Solution Excellence: Deliver solutions with high performance, security, scalability, maintainability, repeatability, reusability, and reliability upon deployment
Gather insights from customers and partners
Drive Consumption Growth: Develop opportunities to enhance Customer Success and help customers extract value from their Microsoft investments
Operational Awareness: Understanding of consumption metrics and their reflection on program effectiveness
Ability to collaborate with local teams for nominations and intake support

Accelerate Outcomes: Through engaging with field teams, share expertise, drive factory pipeline, and promote Factory to accelerate customer success, as well as collate feedback upon execution to drive improvement and leverage field teams inputs
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related field AND 4+ years’ experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or Business Applications consulting OR equivalent experience
Enterprise-scale technical experience and depth with one or more areas of the Azure Analytics ecosystem (Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse analytics, Azure Analysis Services, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Lake, Azure data factory)
Hands-on experience with data warehousing, big data, analytics workloads (Azure or equivalent) and semantic model development
Knowledge of Business Intelligence and design and build of Advanced Analytics and Big Data solutions
Knowledge and understanding of all pillars of Data & AI – Data (RDBMS, NoSQL), Analytics, and AI/ML
Experience with design and creation of technical assets, such as solution accelerators, GitHub repositories
Hands on experience creating analytics-based solutions for customers that lead to production deployments, and optimization of those deployments
Experience with DAX, T-SQL, PowerShell, C# (in the context of PBI/AS programming), Python (preferable)
3+ years working with large Enterprise customers and field communities in consulting or similar roles, leading deployment projects, architecture, design, implementation of Data or Analytics based solutions OR: 3+ years of experience in building products and services as part of Engineering teams in engineering positions
Nice to have:
Familiarity with Devops, IaC, DataOps for analytics workloads
Familiarity with Agentic AI application in analytics workloads
