We are looking for a Cloud Solution Architect - Workforce AI for Copilot and Cloud Endpoint Teams. This is a customer-facing role that serves as a strategic trusted advisor and technical subject matter expert, accelerating AI adoption and change management by creating business value and ROI. Candidates will need expertise in one or both of the following areas: Microsoft 365 Copilot - specializing in AI solutions and is passionate about driving our customers’ AI transformation journey with Copilot Chat, Agents, and M365 Copilot. Microsoft Cloud Endpoint - specializing in cloud-based endpoint management and virtualization solutions. Ensuring seamless onboarding, adoption, and value realization across Microsoft’s endpoint solutions, including Windows 365, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), and Intune.

  • Be a trusted advisor and drive business value through AI Transformation: Create business value by translating customer challenges into actionable solutions aligned to high ROI customer outcomes. Ensure a seamless, connected experience that fosters satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term value
  • Drive Customer Success: Lead architectural design, engaging with business and technical decision makers to drive intent and enable sustained usage of Copilot Chat, Agents, and M365 Copilot and/or Windows 365, AVD, and Intune, securing long-term customer success and renewal
  • Explore growth opportunities: Partner with technical and sales teams to identify opportunities and develop tailored solutions to drive expansion and business value realization
  • Accelerate Customer Cloud and AI Endpoint Journey: Engage in relevant communities to share expertise, contribute to IP creation, prioritize IP re-use, and learn from others to help accelerate your customer’s AI transformation journey

  • Architect and scale IT Operations and Infrastructure to support a growing, hybrid workforce, ensuring high availability and performance of critical systems
  • Drive the strategy, implementation, and adoption of enterprise employee-facing AI programs and automation, enhancing productivity and user experience across the organization
  • Partner closely with the CISO organization to design, deploy, and operate robust IT security solutions, ensuring the protection of corporate infrastructure and data
  • Manage vendor relationships and identify opportunities to optimize costs through efficient internal operations, rationalized investments, and business enablement
  • Consult with senior-level stakeholders across the organization to identify business and technology needs, translating them into actionable IT strategies
  • Oversee ticket escalation and ensure that service level agreements (SLAs) and defined metrics are consistently met or exceeded
  • Ensure employees receive professional, efficient, and effective support, with a focus on continuous improvement and user satisfaction
  • Monitor and optimize the delivery and operation of IT services, proactively identifying and resolving issues to maintain seamless business operations
  • Provide regular metrics and KPIs across functions to gauge the effectiveness of service delivery and inform strategic decisions
