Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field or 4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience.

Job Responsibility

Design and deliver end-to-end Modern Work solutions using Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Copilot
Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with customer business and adoption goals
Architect and optimize collaboration experiences across Microsoft Teams (meetings, chat, calling, apps)
Design and enhance SharePoint solutions including sites, intranets, document management, and knowledge hubs to improve teamwork and information flow
