Land an end-to-end value proposition for Security (Zero Trust) across Microsoft Security offerings, focusing on Threat Protection, Identity & Access Management, and Cloud Security
Solution Positioning & Delivery
Driving end-to-end security strategies that embed Zero Trust principles and align with Microsoft’s Secure Future Initiative
Partnering with customers and internal teams to assess risks, design secure architectures, and implement advanced security solutions
Championing secure-by-design and secure-by-default practices, ensuring that security is prioritized in every product, process, and engagement
Influencing security roadmaps and adoption by sharing insights, removing blockers, and enabling operational health for hybrid and cloud environments
Continuously improving security operations to anticipate and mitigate evolving threats, while fostering compliance and resilience
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related technical field
3+ years of experience in cloud security architecture, cybersecurity strategy, infrastructure design, or enterprise identity and access management OR equivalent experience
2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory (AD), and Microsoft Purview
2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, such as technical consulting, solution architecture, or enterprise security delivery
Security Certifications: Must hold or be actively pursuing SC-100 (Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect) or equivalent (e.g., CISSP, AZ-500, SC-200)
Business proficiency in Japanese is required
Knowledge in Microsoft 365 platform is required
Nice to have:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 5+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience
3+ years experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external)
3+ years experience working on technical projects
Deep understanding of Zero Trust architecture
Expertise in Microsoft Defender suite (Endpoint, Identity, Office 365)
