Requirements

Proven experience of designing end-to-end infrastructure, platform or EUC solutions in a complex enterprise environment
Strong understanding of architectural frameworks (TOGAF or similar)
Experience producing high quality HLDs, LLDs, decision records and other architectural outputs
Strong knowledge of hybrid-cloud environments (Google Cloud Platform, Azure & On-Premises Datacentres)
Strong experience with core infrastructure: Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory / Entra ID, networking fundamentals, storage and virtualisation technologies
Experience with EUC technologies such as: Device management
Virtual desktop environments
Endpoint security, compliance and policy enforcement
Understanding of modern engineering practices, Infrastructure-as-Code, automation pipelines, monitoring and observability
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and help to guide delivery teams

Job Responsibility

Lead the design of robust, secure and scalable end-to-end infrastructure, platform and EUC solutions
Ensure all solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements
Produce high quality architecture artefacts
Provide architectural governance and alignment across infrastructure, platforms, cloud and EUC domains
Identify opportunities to modernise, rationalise and simplify legacy platforms and EUC services
Partner with the Lead Solution Architect and Enterprise Architects to evolve domain strategies for infrastructure, hybrid cloud and EUC modernisation
Proactively manage architectural risks, technical debt, dependencies and constraints across infrastructure and EUC environments
Collaborate closely with delivery teams to ensure architecture intent is delivered effectively and efficiently
Contribute to and maintain the architecture repository and patterns
