As a Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) – Dynamics 365 in Microsoft Global Delivery, you will provide deep technical expertise across Dynamics 365 CRM and ERP workloads, supporting enterprise customers in the design, deployment, optimization, and operation of business applications at scale. You will work with complex enterprise environments, helping customers stabilize, modernize, and optimize Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Supply Chain Management, as well as legacy Dynamics AX and Dynamics CRM platforms. This role focuses on non-AI, governance, optimization, and operational excellence scenarios delivered at scale by CSA Global Delivery.
Job Responsibility
Act as a technical authority for Dynamics 365 CRM & ERP workloads
Design, deploy, and support enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 solutions, including: Dynamics 365 Sales
Dynamics 365 Customer Service
Dynamics 365 Finance
Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management
Support customers running legacy Dynamics AX and Dynamics CRM, including upgrade and transition scenarios
Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional and technical issues across D365 applications
Lead and support: Environment configuration and optimization
Performance, stability, and scalability improvements
Security, roles, permissions, and compliance alignment
Support integration scenarios across D365 workloads and related enterprise systems
Collaborate with internal Microsoft teams to deliver repeatable, high-quality Global Delivery outcomes
Contribute to technical documentation, best practices, and knowledge sharing within the CSA GD community
Requirements
