Join Microsoft’s Customer Success Unit in North Multi-Country Cluster (MCC) as a Cloud Solution Architect - Copilo (CSA) and play a key role in enabling enterprise customers to realize business value through Microsoft 365 Copilot and Agentic AI solutions. In this role, you will support customers as they move from initial experimentation to scaled adoption of AI by designing and delivering innovative, real-world solutions. Job Responsibility:
Lead technical engagements focused on the deployment, customization, and adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot
Design and implement custom AI agents using Copilot Studio to address business-specific scenarios
Integrate Copilot capabilities into core business processes and productivity workflows
Provide architectural guidance across the Microsoft AI ecosystem, including Azure AI Foundry
Translate business requirements into scalable, agent-based solution patterns
Deliver technical workshops, architecture reviews, and Proof-of-Value (PoV) engagements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Solution Sales, CSAMs, FastTrack, and Partners
Drive adoption outcomes based on usage and business impact metrics
Share feedback with product and engineering teams to improve solutions
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND several years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience
Proven experience in solution architecture, deployment, or development within the Microsoft cloud ecosystem
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 workloads (Copilot, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, Power Platform)
Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio (agent creation, orchestration, automation logic)
Understanding of enterprise productivity scenarios, API integrations, automation workflows, and identity and security considerations in AI deployments
Experience working with enterprise customers in technical advisory or delivery roles and stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to scope and drive implementation of business-driven AI scenarios

Experience with Power Platform extensibility
Experience with building tenant-wide ALM for Power Platform
Experience with custom copilots / conversational AI platforms
