Job Responsibility

  • Guide strategic customers in Germany on their journey to become Frontier companies with knowledge and experience in Apps and AI services
  • Guide other team members to focus on customer/partner experience through efficient delivery
  • Identify and anticipate issues and advise customers/partners to operate and optimize performance in accordance with Microsoft best practices
  • Understand industry trends and competitor's architecture solutions and identify Microsoft's strengths over competitive solutions
  • Generate new ideas for changes and improvements to existing intellectual property, technologies, and processes for designated customers/partners
  • Share ideas, insights, and strategic technical input with technical teams and internal communities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND several years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
  • OR equivalent experience
  • Significant experience designing scalable solutions with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
  • Relevant experience in further Apps such as APIM or ACA and AI such as Foundry, Document Intelligence, AI Search services
  • Several years of experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external)
  • Several years of experience working on technical projects
  • Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications)

Nice to have

  • Relevant experience in further Apps such as APIM or ACA and AI such as Foundry, Document Intelligence, AI Search services
