We're actively seeking a Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) who specializes in Modernizing Applications, adopting cloud-native architectures, and accelerating digital transformation. As a CSA, you'll be at the forefront of driving our customers' transformation on Microsoft Azure. This customer-facing role involves owning the technical relationship between the customer and Microsoft. Your mission: help customers unlock the full potential of their Microsoft investments through architecture, implementation, and operational health engagements.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the design of end-to-end Azure solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and business objectives
Define cloud adoption strategies, migration roadmaps, and modernization initiatives
Create architecture diagrams, solution blueprints, and technical documentation
Modernize existing applications using .NET Core, Java, microservices, and containerization
Architect containerized solutions leveraging Docker and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) for scalability and resilience
Promote cloud-native principles, including serverless and API-driven integration
Provide hands-on technical leadership during deployment, integration, and migration
Ensure solutions meet performance, availability, security, and compliance requirements
Engage in Cloud Accelerate Factory delivery model for App Modernization and Database Migration
Utilize AI-assisted tools like GitHub Copilot for code remediation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for landing zones
Drive repeatable modernization processes across customer engagements using Factory best practices
Advocate for Customers: Share insights and best practices, collaborate with the Engineering team to address key blockers, and drive product improvements
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on market trends, collaborate with the Application Modernization technical communities, and educate customers about the Azure platform
Accelerate Outcomes: Share expertise, contribute to IP creation, and promote reusability to accelerate customer success
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field OR equivalent practical experience
Demonstrated proficiency in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
Hands‑on experience with .NET or Java development, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (AKS/Kubernetes)
Hands‑on experience with GitHub Copilot (GHCP), including the ability to leverage AI‑assisted development for improving code quality, accelerating delivery, and enhancing developer productivity. Ability to use GitHub Copilot for code remediation
Strong expertise in Azure PaaS offerings including (but not limited to): Azure App Services, AKS, Azure Container Apps, Azure Spring Apps, Azure Red Hat OpenShift
Identity and security services: Azure AD, Key Vault, Managed Identities, Defender for Cloud
Hands‑on experience with Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates for Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps
Strong understanding of cloud security, compliance frameworks, and governance models
Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
