Job Description:

We are seeking an energetic, self-driven Adoption & Change Management (ACM) Cloud Solution Architect who can guide customers through organizational, cultural, and operational transformation as they adopt Microsoft cloud technologies. The ideal candidate excels at driving user engagement, building readiness plans, and ensuring customers realize meaningful business value from their cloud investments. This role requires the ability to assess organizational readiness, identify adoption risks, and develop strategies that accelerate usage and long term consumption. You will partner closely with technical and nontechnical teams to deeply understand customer environments, business processes, and stakeholder expectations — then shape change management plans that ensure smooth transitions and sustained adoption. You must be a passionate, clear communicator able to translate complex concepts into simple, compelling messages tailored for audiences ranging from end users to executives.

Job Responsibility:

  • Drive positive Customer Satisfaction and become a trusted advisor to customers and partners
  • Provide feedback and insights from customers/partners back to the relevant MS teams
  • Drive consumption and business results by providing expertise/guidance to technical and business decision makers
  • Identify resolutions to issues blocking go-live or broad usage of projects
  • Identify growth opportunities
  • Ensure continuous alignment and improvement of individual skills
  • Accelerate customer outcomes by engaging in relevant communities to share expertise
  • Lead client workshops to demonstrate product capabilities, foster client relationships and engage with client stakeholders
  • Analyze requirements and aid in designing technical solutions to meet business goals
  • Work with other team members and leaders to proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues
  • Lead change management and user adoption strategies for Microsoft Cloud solutions across multiple federal and enterprise customers
  • Conduct organizational impact assessments to identify readiness gaps, deployment risks, and key success factors
  • Develop and deliver adoption plans, communication strategies, training programs, and reinforcement mechanisms
  • Collaborate with engineering teams, program managers, and customer leadership
  • Build cloud focused enablement materials, governance artifacts, and role based readiness content
  • Analyze usage and engagement data to provide insights and recommendations
  • Communicate effectively with diverse audiences, simplifying technical concepts and driving executive level alignment on change strategy

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field OR equivalent experience
  • 4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
  • Active U.S. Government SECRET Security Clearance
  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements
  • Verification of U.S. citizenship
  • 5+ years of experience in organizational change management, cloud adoption programs, or consulting roles within federal or enterprise environments
  • Expertise in developing and executing adoption frameworks such as PROSCI/ADKAR, organizational readiness assessments, and stakeholder engagement strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to guide customers through complex cloud transformation journeys
  • Skilled at navigating ambiguity, adapting quickly to shifting priorities, and managing multiple customer workstreams simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Cloud technologies and their impact on business processes, culture, and mission outcomes (preferred)
  • Confident in high stakes environments, communicating clearly under pressure, and gaining the trust of both technical teams and senior leadership

Nice to have:

Strong understanding of Microsoft Cloud technologies and their impact on business processes, culture, and mission outcomes
