We are Storm Reply, the Reply Group company specialised in AWS Cloud Managed Services. What about you? We are looking for a Cloud Service Manager passionate about operational excellence and customer success.
Job Responsibility:
Own the service
You will be the single point of contact for enterprise clients — managing SLAs, service reviews, escalations, and change processes across 24×7 AWS managed environments
Drive continuous improvement
You will analyse KPIs, lead incident post-mortems, and turn operational data into actionable improvements for some of Italy's most iconic brands
Bridge tech and business
You will work side by side with DevOps engineers, cloud architects, and FinOps specialists — translating technical complexity into clear value for C-level stakeholders
Requirements:
2+ years in a Service Management role within IT Managed Services or Cloud Operations environments
Solid understanding of AWS infrastructure and cloud operations (AWS certifications are a plus)
Experience in other cloud providers can qualify as well
Hands-on experience with ITSM frameworks (ITIL Foundation or above) and ticketing platforms (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management)
Excellent interpersonal and written skills in Italian and English
