We are Storm Reply, the Reply Group company specialised in AWS Cloud Managed Services. What about you? We are looking for a Cloud Service Manager passionate about operational excellence and customer success.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own the service
  • You will be the single point of contact for enterprise clients — managing SLAs, service reviews, escalations, and change processes across 24×7 AWS managed environments
  • Drive continuous improvement
  • You will analyse KPIs, lead incident post-mortems, and turn operational data into actionable improvements for some of Italy's most iconic brands
  • Bridge tech and business
  • You will work side by side with DevOps engineers, cloud architects, and FinOps specialists — translating technical complexity into clear value for C-level stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in a Service Management role within IT Managed Services or Cloud Operations environments
  • Solid understanding of AWS infrastructure and cloud operations (AWS certifications are a plus)
  • Experience in other cloud providers can qualify as well
  • Hands-on experience with ITSM frameworks (ITIL Foundation or above) and ticketing platforms (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management)
  • Excellent interpersonal and written skills in Italian and English
