The Cyber Security Architect will be responsible for ensuring that ICT projects meet security standards in the Cruise industry. We are seeking an experienced Cloud Security Tower - Delivery Leader to drive the design, implementation, and operations of cloud security solutions across multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP). This role combines deep technical expertise, delivery ownership, and team leadership, ensuring secure, scalable, and compliant cloud environments for enterprise customers. The ideal candidate will lead a team of cloud security engineers and analysts while engaging with senior stakeholders to define and execute cloud security strategies.
Job Responsibility:
Define and lead cloud security architecture across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments
Design secure cloud landing zones, reference architectures, and guardrails
Drive adoption of Zero Trust, secure-by-design, and DevSecOps principles
Provide expert guidance on cloud-native security services and third-party tools
Own end-to-end delivery of cloud security programs and managed services
Lead and mentor teams of cloud security engineers, architects, and analysts
Ensure operational excellence in areas such as Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM), Cloud Workload Protection (CWPP), Identity & Access Management (IAM), Container and Kubernetes security
Establish SLAs, KPIs, and continuous improvement frameworks
Act as a trusted advisor to customers and senior executives
Translate business requirements into secure cloud solutions
Lead customer discussions, design workshops, and executive briefings
Support pre-sales and solutioning for cloud security opportunities
Ensure cloud environments meet regulatory and compliance standards (ISO 27001, SOC2, GDPR, etc.)
Implement governance frameworks, policies, and controls
Conduct risk assessments, threat modeling, and security reviews
Drive automation using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and security-as-code practices
Evaluate and implement emerging cloud security technologies
Lead cloud security transformation and maturity initiatives
Requirements:
12–15+ years in cybersecurity, with significant experience in cloud security
Deep hands-on experience across AWS, Azure, and GCP security services
Strong knowledge of IAM, network security, encryption, and key management
