Job Description

Cloud Security Architect role in Sopra Steria's Cybersecurity division (I2S) helping enterprise customers design and implement secure cloud solutions on Google & AWS. This role bridges cloud architecture with cybersecurity, ensuring that infrastructure, applications, and data are resilient, compliant, and protected against evolving threats.

Job Responsibility

  • Design, build, implement, secure, and support international cloud infrastructure
  • Align organizational security strategy and cloud infrastructure with overall business and technology strategy
  • Identify security design gaps and recommend changes or enhancements
  • Implement security by design in all business projects
  • Support the deployment of Cybersecurity Solutions in cloud environments
  • Co-design activities alongside solution architects and engineers
  • Write architecture documents and present outcomes to architecture board
  • Perform architecture review and provide analysis for internal and external auditors
  • Evaluate business risks associated with security role design and implement appropriate controls
  • Support management of all security related project milestones and tasks

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 8+ years of experience
  • Experience in designing architecture and deployment of Google Cloud and AWS
  • Experience designing/managing cloud architecture concepts, building industry solutions, and deploying them through hyper-scalers
  • A high level of initiative and flexibility
  • Organized with a proven ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and utilize time effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal, writing and communication skills
  • Previous work in a multicultural environment
  • English required
