Implements and utilizes processes and tools to enable the sales life-cycle (quoting, orders, invoicing, opportunity assessment, backlog and shipment reporting and other sales pipeline analytics and forecasting solutions). Provide adhoc reports (pipeline, bookings, forecasting, sales productivity and goal attainment). Maintains and enhances salesforce.com hygiene.
Job Responsibility:
Implements processes and tools to provide sales forecasting, analytics and metrics, quotes and pricing, order management, invoicing, and operations support for Cloud customer segment (supporting identified account manager and defined set of accounts).
Consults with business leaders to identify relevant analytics, metrics and outcomes for the assigned area
Utilize sales operations framework, including forecasts and budgets, to meet resource and sales client needs
Reviews evaluation results to identify trends and issues, perform analysis and develop forecasts and recommendations for sales resource deployment and improved efficiency
Communicates data and issue analysis to stakeholders
Provides tangible feedback and proposes changes to sales processes and policies to improve efficiency and minimize risk of failures.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management or equivalent
Typically 1-3 years experience
Experience in implementing policies, processes, and tools to provide operations support for sales activities
Strong analytical, statistics and problem solving skills.
Understanding of and experience in applying business and sales operations practices and process design to situations
Experience with salesforce.com, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Office a plus
Using forecasting and planning methodologies to develop guidance for deploying sales and operational resources and activities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
Mastery in English and local language.
Ability to effectively communicate sales operations plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at management levels.
