Job Responsibility

Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for SFMC and Data Cloud implementations

Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools
Conduct regression, performance, and security testing to ensure platform stability
Validate data integrations and transformations between Salesforce Data Cloud and external systems
Collaborate with developers and architects to understand platform configurations and data models
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across marketing campaigns and customer journeys
Review and test Ampscript, SQL queries, and automation scripts used in SFMC
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
