Job Responsibility

Define, manage, and execute the cloud product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business needs and customer feedback
Oversee the delivery and deployment of cloud services, ensuring alignment with product requirements and timelines
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and operations, to ensure successful product implementation and delivery
Manage the product backlog, grooming and prioritizing user stories and requirements
Facilitate product demonstrations and user acceptance testing to ensure quality and customer satisfaction
Monitor and report on cloud product performance, adoption, and customer feedback
Identify opportunities for product improvement and optimization based on usage data and customer feedback
Serve as the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs and ensuring alignment with business objectives
Analyze and problem solve the customers needs and pain points
Create and deliver presentations and updates to business and technical leaders
