Job Description:

Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements and assess the demand for cloud services.

Job Responsibility:

  • Define, manage, and execute the cloud product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business needs and customer feedback
  • Oversee the delivery and deployment of cloud services, ensuring alignment with product requirements and timelines
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and operations, to ensure successful product implementation and delivery
  • Manage the product backlog, grooming and prioritizing user stories and requirements
  • Facilitate product demonstrations and user acceptance testing to ensure quality and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and report on cloud product performance, adoption, and customer feedback
  • Identify opportunities for product improvement and optimization based on usage data and customer feedback
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs and ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Analyze and problem solve the customers needs and pain points
  • Create and deliver presentations and updates to business and technical leaders
  • Provide leadership and guidance to matrix-reporting team members while coordinating with their direct managers
  • Lead and mentor assigned team members in product development methodologies and best practices
  • Drive accountability for project deliverables while respecting existing reporting structures
  • Ensure clear alignment of goals and objectives across the matrix organization

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, or foreign degree equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Five (5) years of progressively responsible post-Bachelor’s Degree experience in a related technology-related occupation
  • Five (5) years experience with Agile methodologies and project management practices
  • Five (5) years experience managing complex products or services from ideation to delivery
  • Five (5) years experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and business stakeholders
  • Five (5) years experience with cloud computing concepts, architectures, and best practices
  • Five (5) years experience product management including requirements gathering, prioritization, and roadmap planning
  • Five (5) years experience translating technical concepts into business value propositions
  • Five (5) years experience with cloud service delivery models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
  • Five (5) years experience with cloud governance, security, and compliance requirements
  • Five (5) years experience with cloud cost optimization strategies and financial management
  • Five (5) years experience managing teams in a matrix organization structure
