Job Description:

The Cloud Product Manager is responsible for defining product strategy, working across Citi to engage applications teams to identify the need for new cloud products and services. The role requires managing all products from design to implementation to ongoing performance monitoring according to business need and ensuring Citi makes appropriate strategic choices in onboarding, managing, and exiting of vendors from the product portfolio.

Job Responsibility:

Define product strategy
Engage applications teams to identify need for new cloud products and services
Manage cloud product service lifecycle
Create new feature and product roadmaps
Manage products from design to implementation to performance monitoring
Drive product- and business-planning processes
Analyze customer needs and market trends
Work with application teams to build roadmap for each curated cloud service
Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines
Appraise new product ideas and strategize go-to-market plans
Create cohesive delivery function across teams
Be a product evangelist to drive scaled adoption

Requirements:

5+ years in a dynamic product management role
Proven success in overseeing all elements of product development lifecycle
High effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams
5+ years experience delivering products that leverage cloud services
Proven software delivery experience working with development teams
Strong technical understanding of software delivery, cloud native services, providers and tools
Demonstrable experience in helping identify, drive, and facilitate external partnerships
Exceptional writing and editing skills
Strong presentation and public speaking skills
Curious, problem-solving leadership style
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in product design or engineering

Nice to have:

Previous experience in software and web development
Understanding of value stream mapping
Track record in financial services or regulated industries
Solid understanding of prioritization methodologies
Experience working in close collaboration with Agile delivery managers
