Job Description:

The Cloud Product Manager is responsible for defining product strategy, working across Citi to engage applications teams to identity the need for new cloud products and services. The product manager will be responsible for cloud product service lifecycle, and new feature and product roadmaps. The Cloud Product Manager will be instrumental in managing all products from design to implementation to ongoing performance monitoring according to business need.

Job Responsibility:

Define product strategy
Work across Citi to engage applications teams to identify need for new cloud products and services
Manage cloud product service lifecycle and new feature/product roadmaps
Manage all products from design to implementation to ongoing performance monitoring
Make appropriate strategic choices in onboarding, managing, and exiting vendors
Drive product- and business-planning processes for cross-functional teams
Analyze customer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships
Build roadmap for each curated cloud service
Analyze product requirements and develop appropriate product team approach
Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments
Appraise new product ideas and strategize go-to-market plans
Create cohesive delivery function in Citi
Be a product evangelist to drive scaled adoption

Requirements:

5+ years in a dynamic product management role
Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
High effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams
5+ years experience of delivering products that leverage cloud services
Proven software delivery experience, working with development teams to drive iterative/continuous deployments
Strong technical understanding of software delivery, cloud native services, providers' and tools
Demonstrable experience in helping to identify, drive, and facilitate external partnerships
Extensive track record leading product and engineering teams
Exceptional writing and editing skills, combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills
Curious, problem solving leadership style
Able to develop, scale, and continuously cultivate a strong product culture and team

Nice to have:

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in product design or engineering
Previous experience in software and web development
Understanding of value stream mapping and how to increase productivity of development teams
Track record of working in financial services or other regulated industries
Solid understanding of prioritization methodologies
