Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cloud PC (Windows 365) Engineer with hands-on expertise in Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) to design, deploy, and manage modern desktop virtualization solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud-based desktop infrastructure, user experience optimization, and endpoint security.

Job Responsibility

  • Design, deploy, and manage Windows 365 Cloud PCs and Azure Virtual Desktop environments
  • Implement and maintain Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) policies for Cloud PCs and AVD session hosts
  • Optimize user experience and performance through FSLogix, profile management, and host pool scaling
  • Monitor and troubleshoot issues using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and AVD Insights
  • Collaborate with security and networking teams to ensure compliance and secure access
  • Automate provisioning and configuration using PowerShell, ARM templates, or Azure Bicep
  • Provide L3 support and documentation for operational teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with Windows 365 Cloud PC and Azure Virtual Desktop
  • Strong knowledge of Azure infrastructure, including virtual networks, storage, and identity
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune, Group Policy, and Conditional Access
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation
  • Familiarity with FSLogix, App Attach, and multi-session Windows 10/11
  • Understanding of Azure AD, Hybrid Join, and RBAC.

Nice to have

  • Microsoft certifications such as AZ-140, MD-102, or AZ-104
  • Experience with Windows Autopilot, Defender for Endpoint, and Zero Trust principles.
