Job Description

Deel’s partnerships with major hyperscalers are critical accelerators of our go-to-market strategy. Through marketplace motions, co-sell, and field collaboration, we help cloud sellers reduce customer friction, accelerate deals, and support global expansion. This is a seller-facing, revenue-driving role, not a passive channel position. You’ll work directly with hyperscaler field teams, lead in-person activations, and own the operations behind a high-velocity co-sell and marketplace engine. Success requires adaptability, clarity, speed, and the ability to operate independently in an environment where both Deel and the hyperscalers move quickly.

Job Responsibility

  • Drive hyperscaler co-sell execution across marketplace listings, private offers/MPPOs, seller alignment, and opportunity ingestion
  • Maintain disciplined, inspection-ready co-sell pipelines across platforms (ACE, Partner Center, Partner Advantage equivalents)
  • Build strong relationships with hyperscaler AEs, partner managers, and solution architects
  • Represent Deel at field events, workshops, prospect dinners, and regional seller meetings to accelerate pipeline
  • Own hyperscaler MDF planning, compliance, submissions, and proof-of-performance
  • Lead high-impact field activations and regional partner initiatives
  • Work closely with Sales, RevOps, Legal, Finance, and GTM teams to support deal velocity
  • Develop scalable co-sell playbooks and internal enablement materials
  • Track co-sell performance, hyperscaler-influenced ARR, MPPO/private offer throughput, seller engagement, and partner ROI
  • Provide data-driven insights to refine Deel’s cloud partnership strategy

Requirements

  • 3-4+ years in hyperscaler partnerships, marketplace programs, Cloud ISV ecosystems, or cloud-focused GTM
  • Hands-on experience with hyperscaler co-sell tools and programs (ACE, Partner Center, Partner Advantage, or equivalents)
  • Existing network in hyperscaler field organizations - ideally across multiple regions
  • Ability to explain hyperscaler value props, cloud incentive structures, and foundational architecture concepts
  • Direct, concise communication approach
  • highly autonomous and self-directed
  • Strong operational discipline with excellent pipeline hygiene and data accuracy
  • Comfort working at speed in a fast-changing environment with shifting priorities
  • Experience collaborating with sales and leading field-facing activations

Nice to have

  • Experience with multiple cloud alliances (AWS/Azure/GCP/OCI)
  • HRIS/FinTech/global employment background
  • Prior startup or high-growth company experience
  • Experience working across multiple regions and hyperscaler field teams

What we offer

  • Stock grant opportunities dependent on your role, employment status and location
  • Additional perks and benefits based on your employment status and country
  • The flexibility of remote work, including optional WeWork access
