Cloud Operations Lead

As Cloud Operations Lead, you’ll be responsible for our hybrid cloud platforms, setting the standard for cloud performance and providing operational leadership to our Cloud Operations Engineering team. Reporting to the Head of Digital Platforms, you’ll operate across platform functions, architecture and security, playing a critical role in ensuring our Digital Platforms are fit for purpose and support business-critical retail and supply chain services as intended. Leading the day-to-day action and continuous improvement of platforms across AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and on-premises environments, you’ll ensure services are resilient and scalable. The role collaborates with our architecture team, but the focus is on operations rather than architecture design.
