Job Description:

We are looking to recruit a Cloud Network Consultant for a growing technology consultancy delivering solutions across public sector and enterprise clients. This role will suit a strong network consultant with experience across on-premise environments who has developed cloud networking capability, particularly within Azure. You will be working across a range of client projects, designing and delivering network solutions that span traditional infrastructure and hybrid cloud environments. This is a hands-on role requiring someone comfortable working independently, engaging with clients and delivering end-to-end solutions across a variety of environments.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design and deliver network solutions across on-premise and cloud environments
  • Support hybrid cloud connectivity, including migrations to and from cloud platforms
  • Implement and support networking technologies including routing, switching, firewalls and SD-WAN
  • Work closely with clients to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions
  • Contribute to technical design documentation and architecture
  • Support and optimise network performance across a range of environments
  • Operate across multiple projects, managing priorities and delivering to deadlines

Requirements:

  • Strong background in networking, including routing, switching and firewalls
  • Experience with Azure and hybrid cloud networking concepts
  • Exposure to cloud migrations and connectivity between on-premise and cloud environments
  • Comfortable working in a client-facing role with strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of delivery
  • SC clearance highly desirable or willingness to undergo clearance
