Job Description

As a Cloud Managed Services Engineer (L1) at NTT DATA, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing clients' cloud environments. This role requires entry-level experience in managing Windows and Linux servers, virtualization, and network management. A bachelor's degree in information technology or equivalent experience is required. You will monitor infrastructure, resolve incidents, and ensure client satisfaction while contributing to project work and knowledge management.

  • May be involved in implementing and delivering disaster recovery functions and tests

Requirements

  • Entry-level experience managing platforms like Windows and Linux server administration, virtualization, and server hardware and storage
  • Basic knowledge of network, DATA center, telephony, exchange, storage, cloud, and backup products
