Job Responsibility

  • Design, integrate and test Ericsson solutions on top of different Cloud Native platforms
  • Adapt microservice cloud-native paradigms to reach the full potential of cloud-native solutions
  • Work with different opensource Cloud applications depending on projects requirements
  • Test on feature & system test level of the delivered functionalities
  • Develop solutions agnostic to Cloud deliveries (e.g. Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift)
  • Collaborate in an Agile cross-functional team
  • Work in a multi-cultural & international environment

Requirements

  • Passion for new technologies and readiness to learn new things
  • Experience in cloud technologies (e.g., OpenStack, Kubernetes/Docker)
  • Understanding of CI/CD technologies
  • Good Programming and scripting skills (e.g. Python, Go lang, bash)
  • Familiarity of DevOps tools (e.g., Git, Gerrit, Jenkins), configuration management
  • Solid engineering background with confirmed professional experience
  • Proven track record in Cloud
  • BSc/MSc level in Computer Science or the equivalent level of knowledge
  • At least B2 level in English, written and spoken

Nice to have

  • Feature & System Test experience
  • Good understanding of IP networking concepts and packet analysis (e.g., Ethernet, TCP/IP, Wireshark)
  • Experience in using the Cloud & Linux related OpenSource solutions
